CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your appointment and is applied towards your service total. Cancellations made within 24 hours will forfeit the 50% deposit. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are responsible for 100% of the scheduled service total. This policy applies to all cancellations, including illness, personal emergencies, and family emergencies.
